Where we ship

The Netherlands first. Belgium and Germany follow once delivery and returns here are entirely predictable.

Dispatch and delivery

Our suppliers pack and post your order directly. We publish the dispatch estimate on each product page, and we would rather under-promise than apologise afterwards.

Orders in more than one parcel

We are a broker. We do not hold stock, and if your order contains products held by two different suppliers it will arrive in two parcels, sometimes a day or two apart. We tell you at checkout when this applies, and you are never charged twice for delivery.

Delivery cost

Shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery applies above the threshold displayed in your basket.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel has not arrived when it should have, email us rather than waiting. We would rather chase a carrier early than have you sitting at home wondering.
