Your right to change your mind

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 14 days run from the day you receive the last item.

To cancel, email us with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Goods supplied sealed for hygiene

Some cosmetics are supplied sealed. If that seal has been broken, the item cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This applies to the seal on the product itself, not to the outer box — opening the parcel does not affect your rights.

Where a product was not supplied sealed, you may still return it. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish what it is and how it works.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right. We pay the return postage in those cases.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof you have sent them, to the payment method you used.

Full cancellation refunds the standard outbound delivery you paid. Partial returns do not refund delivery. If a partial return takes your order below our free-delivery threshold, we will not charge you delivery retrospectively.

Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.
