Who we are

Routina is an online retailer of skincare and body-care products, established in the Netherlands. Our registered trading details, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number appear on our contact page.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — if a price is clearly wrong, if a product cannot be supplied, or if we cannot verify the compliance status of a product.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Products

We are a distributor, not a manufacturer. Products are supplied by third parties, and we verify that required labelling and compliance information is present before we list anything.

Everything we sell is a cosmetic product. Nothing on this site treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. Our routine guidance is advice about cosmetics, not medical advice. If you have a skin condition that concerns you, please see a pharmacist or doctor.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under Dutch or EU consumer law, including your right to withdraw within 14 days and your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

Email us first — we would rather fix it. If we cannot resolve it, you may use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
