Rice extract at 10,000 ppm - one per cent, and eighth on the list rather than the base of the formula the name implies. The extra body over a plain hyaluronic serum comes from the lecithin and the seed oils sitting above it. It also carries lavender oil, with linalool and limonene declared alongside, so it is not the one if you avoid fragrance.
