    Before we've sold a thing

    What we've already rejected, and why.

    The catalogue will be capped at forty-five. Deciding what stays out is most of the work.

    A viral 10-step set Four of the ten steps did nothing. We'd rather sell three that do.
    A “brightening” ampoule The claim wasn't substantiable under EU rules. We won't imply it.
    Anything sold on “exosomes” Human-derived exosomes are banned in the EU, and the plant kind has no INCI name — so nobody can verify what's in the bottle.
    Every beauty device we looked at No CE documentation we could verify, and injury reports we couldn't dismiss.
